Client and Witness Statements

Taking an accurate and comprehensive witness statement is a vital ingredient to running a successful personal injury claim. However, we also understand that this can be both a time consuming and sometimes disruptive process.

By instructing LCS to undertake this process on your behalf, you will be able to devote more time to the strategic and technical aspects of your client's claim.

All instructions can be sent by post, fax or e-mail and witness contact is usually made within 48 hours of receipt of instructions. Every endeavour will be made to arrange an appointment within one week. CPR compliant witness statements will be delivered within 14 days of interview.
